Budget: 2 Tickets/month + 1 supported customer
Basic: 5 Tickets/month + 3 supported customers
Standard: 15 Tickets/month + 7 supported customers
Pro: 30 Tickets/month + 10 supported customers

Discounts:

• Monthly Packages: 10% off base rate

• Yearly Packages: 5% off base rate/supported customer (50% ceiling)

Add-ons:

• After Hours Availability | 2x Standard Ticket Rate (Emergencies only 30min SLA)

• Project-Based Work: Quoted separately, priced on project

• $100/ Additional Ticket (Budget package is $50/Ticket up until 5 Tickets)
